“Flowers have always been an important part of my life. I remember crisp, early Spring mornings in my grandmother’s garden picking daffodils, the first garden treasures to make their appearance every year.
I have a luxury wedding cake business Alex Robba Cake which also celebrates the beauty of nature artfully composed in cake and handmade sugar flowers. When I was not in the kitchen producing wedding cakes I was catering to my cut-flower garden and getting lost in the beauty it produced. I realized my passion for growing and creating with flowers was only building, sharing that beauty with those who love flowers was the next step.
From there Twig and Vine Floral Studio was born and I am ecstatic to be able to expand my design skills and services to couples. Florals, cake, event designing and beyond, I aim to bring my couples wildest wedding dreams to life and simply love what I do.”
Our Purpose
Twig and Vine brings a personalized creative approach to every wedding or event. Our mission is not only to provide beautiful floral design but to tell your story through nature.
Having the ability to grow and use product from our very own garden is invaluable, we are fortunate to have that opportunity that greatly increases our design abilities in addition to lowering the environmental impact that mass-producing and shipping of flowers can have. We grow florals specifically for our clients that we could not otherwise source, offering a truly bespoke experience with premium local flowers.
We always aim to work with local farms and sourcing USA-sustainably grown product as often as possible. Giving as much back to the earth as it provides us is essential. This is not the easiest nor most cost-efficient practice but it is one we will compromise on.
We service Morgantown WV, and surrounding WV region, Pittsburgh PA , the Laurel Highlands and SW Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, Northern Maryland and Beyond.
